 Note:

Bands should endeavor to make their own accommodation bookings direct with the accommodation provider.

Motel and Hotel accommodation in Masterton and the Wairarapa is now very hard to find especially on

11 March 2010. Bands from the South Island may want to consider staying in Upper Hutt on 11 March and taking  College Accommodation at Wairarapa College or St Matthews College on 12 & 13 March 2010.

Solway College and Rathkeale College are fully booked.

There are also many Bed & Breakfast and Self-contained Cottage accommodation providers in the Wairarapa.

 

If you have not already done so, would all bands advise Kim Perreaux where you have booked and contact details, etc.  A letter was recently sent out to all bands seeking your accommodation details.

 

Kim will help if you are unable to find accommodation.
